- Refund Policy
We allow refunds within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and all labels are intact. - Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email, explaining your return request and providing your order number and the reason for your return.
Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Please mark this number on the return package so that we can process your return smoothly.

Selected Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for returned packages that are not received.
Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm that they meet the refund criteria, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
